2. Identification Requirement
Guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) at check-in.
3. Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or walk-in.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm reservation.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a 25% refund.
- No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
5. Code of Conduct
- As a spiritual ashram, guests are expected to maintain a respectful, quiet, and clean atmosphere.
- Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Misconduct or violation of ashram values may lead to eviction without refund.
6. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed, in respect of the ashram’s peaceful and hygienic environment.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
